A BIT ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Walter.

I'm a Computer Science and Statistics student at McGill University in my final Semester. Planning on continuing my studies in graduate school, but in the meantime, looking to make my print tech industry

I always thought that I had too many interests, but through programming I'm able to explore them deeply, which allows me think in new ways and bring in a new perspectives from other fields.

Through my time at Cartel, I've gained experience working with large datasets, SQL, operational analytics, and business reporting.

I love trying new things!

Whether it's a new restaurant, hobby, bouldering set, golf course, or exploring a new country. The excitement of not knowing what is to come and adapting to it is what keeps me going. Recently because my girlfriend was better than me at poker, I've been learning the theory so I can be better than her.
